“Well, I certainly can’t keep clinging on to her when she was the one who suggested the breakup. That doesn’t mean that I would go out of my way to avoid her, though.”
“Right. You have plenty of opportunities to run into her in the future. Still…” Brayden closed the folder and set it aside.
“I know you don’t want to hear this, but I feel the need to remind you. She will be very wary of you right now. You’d better not push her too far. You know the kind of person she is, She would rather break herself than be compromised by someone else. And she never bluffs.”

Make sure to talk to Lydia more often if you can.”
